At Sayward Delivery, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel personal shopping and towing services, as well as how deposits are handled.

1. Personal Shopping and Towing Services Deposits

For both personal shopping and towing services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your service. The amount of the deposit will be communicated to you at the time of booking and is applied toward the total cost of the service.

2. Cancellation of Services

  • Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before Scheduled Service:
    If you need to cancel your personal shopping or towing service more than 24 hours before the scheduled service date, you will be eligible for a refund of your deposit, minus a 20% cancellation fee. The 20% fee helps cover administrative costs and ensures that we can effectively manage service availability.

    • Example: If your deposit is $100, you will receive a refund of $80 if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Service:
    If you cancel your personal shopping or towing service within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, your deposit is non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can adequately prepare and allocate resources for your service.

    • Example: If your deposit is $100, and you cancel within 24 hours, the full $100 deposit will be forfeited.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel a service and request a refund (if applicable), please contact us as soon as possible please contact our customer support team on the same method of contact you used to order the delivery. We will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refund based on the timing of your request.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to be present or available at the scheduled time and location for your personal shopping or towing service without prior notice of cancellation, your deposit will be non-refundable.

5. Modifications to Service

If you need to modify the details of your booking (e.g., change the delivery time or towing location), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes within 24 hours may not be possible, and any changes within 24 hours will be subject to the same non-refundable deposit policy.

6. Changes to This Cancellation Policy

Sayward Delivery reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the revised policy.
