Returns, Refunds and Deposits Policy

Our Returns, Refunds, and Deposits Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are offered, as well as the terms regarding deposits for certain services. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Refunds for Personal Shopping

  • Incorrect Item Purchased: If you request personal shopping services and we purchase an item that differs significantly from what you requested (e.g., wrong brand, color, size, model), you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund will be limited to the cost of the incorrect item purchased.
  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds for personal shopping will only be processed if the item purchased is clearly not what was requested, and we have been notified of the error within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds will not be issued if the item purchased is acceptable to you or if the item purchased is in line with the specifications provided in your order.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund for an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team on the same method of contact you used to order the delivery, with details of the issue. We will review the request and notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, the amount refunded will not exceed the cost of the incorrect item. We may issue refunds to the original payment type, or another payment type, at our discretion.

2. Refunds for Delivery Services

  • Non-Refundable: All deliveries (retail delivery, restaurant delivery and courier service) are non-refundable. Once the delivery service has been completed, we are unable to offer refunds, regardless of the condition of the delivered item.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: If items are damaged or missing due to an error on our part, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by contacting the merchant or vendor, but refunds for the cost of goods delivered are not guaranteed. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues with a delivery.

3. Refunds for Towing Services

  • Non-Refundable Service Fee: Once a towing service has been completed or a scheduled towing service is dispatched, the service fee is non-refundable, regardless of any changes in your circumstances.
  • Deposit Refunds: If a deposit was required for towing services and the service is canceled by SaywardDelivery.com before the service is performed, we will refund the full deposit. However, deposits are non-refundable if you cancel the towing service after it has been scheduled. We recommend reviewing our cancellation policy for more details on towing service cancellations.

4. Refunds for Deposits

  • Personal Shopping Deposit: For personal shopping orders, a deposit may be required before services are rendered. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the service. The deposit amount will vary depending on the value of the items to be purchased and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Deposits are typically non-refundable once the shopping service has been initiated, unless the service cannot be completed due to an error on our part.
  • Towing Service Deposit: A deposit may be required for towing services. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the service. If the towing service is canceled before the service is rendered, the deposit may be non-refundable (except where otherwise specified).

5. How to Request a Refund or Dispute

To initiate a refund request for a personal shopping error, or to dispute any charges, please contact our customer support team on the same method of contact you used to order the delivery. Be sure to include the following:

  • A description of the issue.
  • Any relevant photographs (for items purchased incorrectly or damaged).
  • Contact information for follow-up.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 5 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sayward Delivery will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our Services. Refunds are limited to the specific amount outlined above and do not include any other costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to time lost, inconvenience, or indirect damages.

7. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Returns, Refunds, and Deposits Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. By continuing to use our Services, you agree to the revised policy.
